On 11-13 June, 2019, Canadian Base Operators was proud to partner with Canadian Tire’s Jump Start initiative, Braden-Burry Expediting (BBE), and Raytheon Canada limited (RCL), to sponsor a bike rodeo in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. The event sponsors worked together to supply 350 bicycle helmets to local children and their parents, ensuring all members of the community could participate safely.
The bike rodeo was a huge success thanks to volunteers from the Inuvik community and all of the sponsors, especially Jump Start, which continues to show great leadership in providing kids with equal opportunity to participate in sports and physical activity.
