This 2023-2024 hockey season, CBO was proud to be given the opportunity to support an amazing hockey league, Barrhead Fun Hockey (located in Barrhead, Alberta), by outfitting five hockey teams with game jerseys.
“Barrhead Fun Hockey is all about fun and getting kids into the game. Everything about our league is based on volunteering, from the referees, coaching, to league organizers, which keeps the cost down so families can afford for their kids to play,” explains Josh Chappin, Volunteer, Board Member and Coach with Barrhead Fun Hockey. “We use donations and donated gear to help get kids on the ice and enjoy the sport. I have been with CBO for over 10 years now and this sponsorship is another reason why I appreciate working for this company.”
